The rules for using this site and buying from Eslam Trades. Please read them before you pay. Last updated: 5 October 2026.

1. Terms of use

This website (eslam-trades.pages.dev and any domain that replaces it) is run by Eslam Sayed, trading as "Eslam Trades" ("I", "me"). By using the site or buying anything from it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Not financial advice. Everything on this site, in the Discord, the videos, the journal app, the book and the 1:1 sessions is education and my personal opinion. It is not financial, investment or trading advice. Trading futures and CFDs carries a high risk of losing money, and past results, including any payouts shown, don't guarantee future results. You are fully responsible for your own trading decisions.

Affiliate links. Some links to prop firms and tools are affiliate links. I may earn a commission when you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Those companies are independent of me; their products, rules and payouts are their responsibility.

3. Digital products: licence

When you buy a digital product you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it. You don't buy the product itself or any rights to it.

  • Eslam Trades Journal (app): one licence key works on up to 2 of your own computers. You may not share, resell or publish your key or the installer. Supported systems: macOS on Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) and Windows 10/11.
  • Journal + book bundle: one licence key for the app (same terms as above) plus the book (same terms as below).
  • The book (PDF): for your personal reading only. Each copy is made for one buyer, marked with their name, email and order number, and locked with its own password; it is sent by email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You may not share, forward, upload, print for others or resell it, or share its password.
  • App download links are personal and expire after 48 hours or 3 downloads.

If a licence is shared, resold or misused, I may revoke it without a refund.

4. Payments

I accept USDT on the TRC20 (TRON) network only. Prices are in US dollars, paid as the same amount in USDT. Payments are confirmed manually. After you pay, send the order form with your transaction hash (TxID); your product or booking is confirmed once the payment arrives.

  • Send the exact amount shown. You cover any transfer or network fees.
  • USDT must be sent on the TRC20 network to the address shown. Coins sent on another network or to a wrong address can't be recovered, and I'm not responsible for them.
  • I never ask for card details, passwords or wallet seed phrases.

5. Refund policy

All sales of digital products are final. The Eslam Trades Journal, the book and the bundle are one-time purchases of digital goods. Once your licence key, download link or book copy has been sent, the purchase can't be refunded, cancelled or exchanged, including if you change your mind, don't use the product, or it doesn't suit your trading.

Before buying, please review the screenshots, the description and the supported systems, and ask any question you have. By ticking "I agree" on the order form you confirm you've read and accepted this policy.

The only exceptions, where your money is returned:

  • You paid twice for the same order by mistake (the extra payment is returned).
  • I couldn't confirm or fulfil your order, so no key, download link or book copy was ever sent.

If you have a technical problem, email me: I'll help you get the product working. Technical issues are solved with support, not refunds.

6. 1:1 sessions

  • Your slot is held when you request it and confirmed once payment is received. Unpaid requests are released after 24 hours.
  • Session payments are non-refundable once the session is confirmed.
  • You can reschedule once, free, if you tell me at least 24 hours before the session starts.
  • If you don't show up, or join more than 15 minutes late, the session counts as used.
  • If I have to cancel, you choose: a new time or your money back.
  • Sessions are held on Google Meet. Please don't record them without asking first.

7. Privacy

I collect only what's needed to give you what you asked for:

  • Mentorship list: name, email, WhatsApp (optional) and experience level, to tell you when the mentorship opens.
  • Bookings: name, email, WhatsApp (optional), what you want to cover and your time zone, to run your session.
  • Orders: name, email, phone (optional) and transaction hash, to confirm payment and deliver your product. The journal app also registers which computers use your key.
  • Discord VIP: your Discord ID and username and the order number you claimed with.

This data is stored in Google (Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) and Cloudflare. I don't sell it or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your trading data in the journal app stays on your own computer.

You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data at any time (see Contact). To leave the mentorship list, reply "unsubscribe" to any email.

I may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you bought something applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
